1/5/2021 - Pre-Registration Link for COVID-19 Vaccination
The process for pre-registration for the COVID-19 vaccine has been initiated. The website is https://covidvaccine.nj.gov/. Please be mindful that this does NOT mean that all members of the public will be able to receive the vaccine immediately. According to the State, “the site will allow the general public to pre-register for eligibility, and allow them to input their personal, contact, health insurance, and demographic information. It will also allow for individuals to schedule an appointment for those who are immediately eligible based on screening questions.” We have been advised that the website is already experiencing heavy traffic volume, so it may take several attempts to register. Individuals currently eligible to receive the vaccine can make an appointment with the Ocean County Health Department at the following website: https://www.ochd.org/.
